Short Update
On the weekend my diet was not so healthy. Blueberry scones, grill cheese sandwitches, hamburgers, a big brunch on Sunday and BBQ ribs for dinner. I guess with the kids and my husband home I just wanted to cook what I know they enjoy. However this week has been better. I introduced whole wheat pasta and everybody liked it just as much as the regular pasta and when my husband was working late, my teen working early and playing rugby after school I still managed to make a good dinner instead of just ordering pizza.
Ok, that whole paragraph was about food. anybody reading this would probably be very hungry by now. I've done pretty well with excercise too. Today the kids and I biked to school and I went to the gym for 1 hour of running/walking and some weight training. Wednesdays I am going to try to focus on legs. Yesterday I did my Fusion (yoga/pilates) class and I went to the gym for 45 minutes of running/walking.
I won't weigh myself until Staurday when I hope to be under 170.
